LABOR TO REMOVE AND REPLACE A DEFECTIVE STEERING RACK AND FITTING SEALS. FILLED THE SYSTEM AND BLED THE SYSTEM AND CHECKED THE OPERATION.
REMOVED AND REPLACED THE STEERING SHAFT. THE TRUCK WOULDN'T START. FOUND THAT THE FUEL PUMP RING WAS ROTTED AND CORRODED. THE TERMINALS ON THE PUMP AND CONNECTOR THAT WERE MELTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP AND REPAIRED THE CONNECTOR. INSTALLED NEW TANK STRAPS BECAUSE ONE BROKE DUE TO RUST FROM REMOVAL.

FOUND THAT THERE WAS NO SPARK ON CYLINDER #2 AND 3. THERE WAS INTERMITTENT SPARK ON 1&4. THE VALVE COVER COIL HOLD DOWN STRIPPED OUT FROM WHOEVER DID THE PLUGS AND COILS. REMOVED AND REPLACE ALL 4 PLUGS AND COILS. REPAIRED THE COIL HOLDDOWN. VEHICLE IS STILL RUNNING ROUGH IN GEAR. THERE ARE TWO THROTTLE BODY CODES FROM A CUSTOMER REPLACEMENT. TRIED RELEARNING VALVES BUT ERROR KEEPS OCCURRING. INSTALLED ORIGINAL COILS BACK IN THE CAR(CUSTOMER IS NOT KEEPING THE VEHICLE.) VEHICLE IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE.
