FOUND BOTH DRIVE SHAFT U-JOINTS HAD FLAT SPOTS AFTER REMOVING DRIVE SHAFT TO INSPECT JOINTS. REPLACED BOTH U-JOINTS WITH AFTER MARKET U JOINTS THAT ARE SERVICABLE. ADDED A BOTTLE OF LUBE GUARD TO REAR DIFFERENTIAL. ALSO FOUND 4 WHEEL DRIVE VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE STICKING. SMOKE TESTED FEEL. INTERMITTENTLY IT WOULD NOT CLOSE UP. REPLACED WITH FACTORY OEM SWITCH.

LABOR TO INSTALL CUSTOMER SUPPLIED AIR HORN SYSTEM. HAD TO MOUNT AIR TANK COMPRESSOR, AIR HORNS, AND WIRE SYSTEM TO FACTORY HORN. INSTRUCTIONS WANTED ALL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS UNDER THE TRUCK. WE PUT ALL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS UNDER THE HOOD TO PREVENT PREMATURE FAILURE. EXTRACTED BROKEN FITTINGS AND PUT IN CORRECT ONES. CHANGED ALL OTHER FITTINGS TO SERVICEABLE FITTINGS. ALSO CHANGED WIRING AND ALL CONNECTORS TO WEATHER PACKS AND SEALED WIRES. RE-WORKED EXHAUST TO CLEAR HORN ASSEMBLY AND USED HEADER WRAP TO PROTECT HORNS. ALSO RAN USABLE SERVICE AIR PORT UNDER HOOD OF VEHICLE INSTEAD OF UNDER TRUCK WHICH CAN BE USED FOR AIR TOOLS OR TO FILL TIRES.
