FOUND THERMOSTAT NOT HEATING UP ALL THE WAY. TRUCK NEEDED A NEW THERMOSTAT. DRAINED COOLANT, R&R THERMOSTAT AND FILLED WITH COOLANT. BLED SYSTEM. TRUCK HEATING UP PROPERLY
PERFORMED COMPLETE OIL CHANGE SERVICE. CHANGED FULL SYNTHETIC OIL AND FILTER, GREASED AND LUBED ALL PIVOTS, TOPPED OFF ALL FLUIDS AS NECESSARY, CHECKED TIRE PRESSURE.

RAN TEST IN COOLANT TO SEE IF HEAD GASKETS WERE ON THEIR WAY OUT. PASSED. LET CAR RUN TILL FANS KICKED ON, DID NOT GET HOTTER THAN 220 . NOTICED THAT AFTER FANS TURN ON THEY KEEP RUNNING. PULLED BUMPER COVER TO ACID FLUSH. RE ASSEMBLED FRONT END. WOULD SUGGEST A NEW FACTORY COOLANT TEMP SENSOR IF PROBLEM CONTINUES. TEST DROVE VEHICLE TWICE, DID NOT GO ABOVE 220 AND COMES DOWN WHEN FANS COME ON

CLEANED AND REMOVED THROTTLE BODY (NEEDS REPLACEMENT) R&R THROTTLE BODY. MADE NEW BODY – ENGINE GROUNDS AND REPAIRED ENGINE HARNESS & BATTERY GROUNDS. R&R BRAKE PEDAL SWITCH. RELEARNED NEW THROTTLE BODY POSITION AND % OF THROTTLE IS SPOT ON. TEST DROVE. ALL IS GOOD NOW.
